I forgot to mention in my earlier review that for a nominal fee of $5 a day you can use the facilities of the Death Valley Ranch next door to the campground. They have a very refreshing pool, golf, tennis, hotel, general store, diner, gas station, laundry and showers all available to campers.

This National Park campground was much better than I had expected. There are some full hook-ups, some shade, some pull-throughs, all sites have fire rings.. Water stations and restrooms throughout the park. There's a path from the campground that leads to the visitor's center. The sites are level and paved, most of the tent sites are in the shade of big trees. Very convenient to all the attractions of Death Valley National Park.
