I have adressed this flooding issues a year ago and the manager has done nothing so i spent over 800 bucks on filling this hole and they have not taken nothing off my rent i did not rent a lake i cant even get to my truck it ruined all my stuff i had underneath my 5th wheel and here it is a year later and its flooded again and they expect me t ok pay for this spot !!
