Fox Den Acres is a well-kept, family-run campground known for friendly, helpful staff and an owner who goes out of their way to assist guests. The park is peaceful and scenic, with ponds, a pool, playgrounds and onsite activities, and convenient access to the Pennsylvania Turnpike. Many guests praise the clean grounds and accommodating service. Practical tradeoffs: some sites sit on hills or are uneven, making backing or leveling more difficult, and a few visitors reported an iron taste to the water. A couple of indoor amenities (for example the game room) may show wear.
