It is free to Camp here and there is a nice park with a playground swings and disc golf. Did I mention it is free. 30 amp electric and water available only one other RV while we stayed. We pulled through along the grass parallel to the roadway. Only required 2 inches to level side to side. This is a free campground in a public park. 5 stars for this benefit. Verizon 4G for bars. We will stay here again.

📖 About This Campground
Forest Park RV Sites in Lamesa Texas provides free RV camping for self contained units. Electric hookups and water are available on pedestals in a city run park. The sites are located along 9th street perpendicular to the road. The parking area was recently resurfaced but is very unlevel sloping steeply towards the road; you will likely need to level your unit even for an overnight stay. Depending upon the number of other campers you can either backin or pull in and along the grass. Trash cans, picnic tables and fire rings are available in the grassy area adjacent to the sites.
The community park has a well established 18 hole disc golf course, playground and trails.
