What campers say
Flying Flags Avila Beach is a resort-like coastal campground with terraced, level RV sites (many with cement pads), cabins and yurts arranged for ocean views. Reviewers commonly note large, clean sites, full hookups, and friendly staff, plus easy walking or short drives to the beach, pier, restaurants and local attractions. The property fills up—book early for premium sites—and it has a small gift shop with limited supplies, so plan ahead. A few guests reported site-assignment or view disappointments that were sometimes addressed by management. Overall it’s praised for its views and convenient seaside location.
