Fairhope Landing RV Resort is a relatively new, well-kept park offering large, level concrete pads with full hookups, grassy separations and sidewalks that make sites easy to access. The grounds, clubhouse and bathhouse are consistently described as clean, and staff are welcoming. On-site amenities include a pool, playground, laundry and a dog area, and downtown Fairhope and nearby shopping are within easy reach. Limited mature shade is expected given recent development, and there are occasional mentions of inconsistent pool service and a longer drive to gulf beaches—useful tradeoffs to consider when planning a stay.

Fairhope Landing RV Resort is located in the coastal town of Fairhope Alabama. Our gated property welcomes Class A and Class C Motorhomes, 5th Wheels and pull behinds. All of our full hookup sites have ample space and feature 20x60 level concrete pads, Wi-Fi, cable and a hardy picnic table. We have a large well appointed clubhouse, ADA bathhouse, laundry, resort size pool, playground and professionally landscaped grounds. Our internal roads are asphalt and big rig friendly. We are just 9 miles from Interstate 10 on the State Hwy 181 corridor. We are minutes from Mobile Bay and the Gulf of Mexico and a short drive to Orange Beach & Gulf Shores. Contactless check-in is available. All major credit cards are accepted. Check-In is 2pm and Check-Out is 11am. On line booking with site map is available on our website.
