Worst KOA ever with horrible owners. There is no sense of customer service or professional communication. Owner is quick to start spewing vile accusations and threats without cause. Looking at other reviews I discovered this is nothing new. Contacted corporate KOA and they acknowledge it is a known problem and they can’t do more than add it to the list.

What campers say
Erie KOA Holiday is a well‑kept, family‑friendly campground close to Presque Isle and Erie, with a pleasant pool, clean showers and laundry, and tidy sites and cabins. Many guests praise helpful staff and a peaceful, wooded atmosphere. Expect firm rule enforcement — several visitors report strict or abrupt interactions over quiet hours, parking, visitor registration and campfire wood, and occasional inconsistent office hours. Some grassy sites can be soft after wet weather. Overall, it suits campers who appreciate cleanliness, organized activities and quiet evenings; it may be less appealing if you prefer a looser, late‑night atmosphere.
