Amenities include a heated indoor pool and hot tub, a game room/activity hall, laundry facilities and a small fenced dog area, with frequent social activities especially in winter. Sites are level and reservations are straightforward. People report friendly, helpful staff and residents and reasonable lot rent. A common tradeoff is limited tree cover, so the park can feel hot in summer despite the indoor amenities.
