Eastgate Mobile & RV Park

Many guests praise the friendly, social atmosphere and well-kept mobile-home area, noting active events and a clean rec room and stage. However, several reports raise maintenance concerns in the RV section — overgrown grass, fallen limbs, debris, and intermittent electrical or water disruptions — and some visitors say sites are tight with limited outdoor space. Noise from trains, aircraft, and nearby traffic is mentioned as a downside. Experiences with management are mixed: some find staff welcoming and helpful, while others describe slow responses. This could suit someone seeking an active community if they can accept RV-area upkeep and noise tradeoffs.
