Well kept desert landscape in a rural setting. Very crowded during peak snowbird season but sites have good space and the park is quiet. About 20 minutes to Mesa Tempe. Price is reasonable but book ahead for winters. 4g and 3g Verizon were 3 bars and fast. Submitted video and pics.
