Staff are frequently described as friendly; the grounds, pool and restrooms are generally clean and updated. Practical tradeoffs include tight site access for large rigs and limited grass at some pads, plus only a couple laundry machines which can lead to waits. Some guests reported spotty site internet and occasional road or emergency-vehicle noise. Overall it’s convenient for beach access and short drives to nearby 30A, and best suited to smaller rigs and those prioritizing location and cleanliness.
