Excellent location and well maintained park in a good location. Nice pool an dhot tub area. Owner is nice.

The park provides full hookups and 50‑amp service, plus a pool, laundry, very clean restrooms/showers, dog runs and other family amenities. It suits both short and longer stays and is convenient to North Phoenix/Scottsdale. Common tradeoffs include relatively high rates (with separate electric billing), limited shaded pull‑throughs that can be very hot in summer, and occasional reports of strict enforcement by maintenance staff or temporary facility closures.
