Deer Creek Campground near Boulder Utah is a BLM managed campground offering 7 primitive tent and small RV (think Van or truck camper) sites within the Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument. Available on a first come first served basis this campground is located in a small shrub forest at the base of scenic cliffs. No water is available.
