What campers say

Calf Creek Campground in Boulder, UT, is a small, scenic BLM site centered on a creek and serving as the trailhead for Lower Calf Creek Falls. The campground has roughly a dozen drive-in sites on a first-come, first-served basis with a modest fee (about $15) and card payment available. Facilities are well kept with flush toilets but no showers. Sites are fairly close together and RV access is limited (tight turns and shorter rigs recommended), so arriving early is advised. The nearby 3-mile sandy hike is hot and strenuous but rewards with a cold, beautiful waterfall; night skies and solitude are highlights.
