Cottonwood Campground

Cottonwood Campground in Chinle Arizona is a campground in Canyon de Chelly National Monument. The campground is open year round and is free. During the summer months April through October the campground offers 96 sites with 3 restroom facilities, water spigots, and a dump station are available. During the winter months November through March 25 sites and one restroom facility are open, water spigots and dump station are closed. Navajo Parks and Recreation Department (NPRD) manages the Cottonwood Campground. Multiple camping loops are avialble with options for backin and pull along sites. Some shade trees are located around the campground. Picnic tables and fire rings are available.
