Cosby Run Campground/RV Park is a small, laid-back mountain campground with a friendly, family-run feel. Several guests note warm, helpful owners and a charming mix of onsite animals (dogs, cats, turkeys and a resident pig). Sites are generally level and wooded, with relatively close spacing, and the on-site country store offers basics like ice, beer and reasonably priced firewood. The property is close to Cosby State Park and good for hikers. Some amenities have been under renovation (pool closed; some showers intermittently out of service), and a few reviews mention long-term RV residents—expect a low-key, rustic experience.
