Sites are paved, level and generally private thanks to tall shrubs; lengths vary and some newer sections feature upgraded pavers. The park is kept clean, staff are generally friendly, and utilities (water pressure, electric) are reliable. Amenities include a small freshwater pool, laundry and a dog area, though the pool is unheated and laundry machines are older. Expect highway and occasional siren noise, seasonal no-see'ums, and limited Wi-Fi—a fair trade for the location.
