Clendening Lake Marina and Campground near Freeport Ohio offers full, partial and primitive hookup RV and tent camping adjacent to a recreational lake. Managed by the local water district the park offers boaters an opportunity to enjoy the lake for fishing and recreation. An onsite marina provides supplies to boaters. The location was recently acquired by the utility from private owners. Sites are generally in an open setting with picnic tables and fire rings. Sites are capable of handling larger RVs. Both short and longer term (seasonal) rates are available. The largest undeveloped lake in Ohio, Clendening offers a true back-to-nature experience, far from the crowds, yet close to home. Boating, fishing, paddlesports hiking, and many more outdoor activities.
