Many sites are occupied by long-term residents, so transient spots can be scarce; that makes it useful as a stopover but less suited for extended short-term stays. Basic amenities include full hookups at some sites, a dump station, restrooms and laundry, though several guests report intermittent outages or limited water/electric reliability and occasional unavailable laundry. Experiences with management and on-site internet vary. Expect close spacing between rigs and potential evening noise as tradeoffs for the location and low rates.
