Definitely not your typical KOA. Gravel roads and sites, not well-kept. Shady sites, quite close to one another. RIght off I-25. Indoor pool and hot tub, well-stocked store, guide to site, table at each site, no fires or generators allowed, small dog run. Restaurant next door.
