Many guests praise the well‑kept grounds, clear rules, and proximity to the Mohican River for swimming and hiking. Tradeoffs include steep, narrow access to lower river sites, clay/muddy conditions and rutted gravel roads—visitors warn a 4x4 in wet weather and heavy mosquitoes after rain.
