Buena Suerte Mobile Home Park is a quiet, budget-oriented park with a friendly on-site manager and generally peaceful atmosphere. It’s described as reasonably priced and in a convenient location, and management and the owner are sometimes visible doing improvements. Tradeoffs include uneven maintenance — repairs can be delayed for owner approval and some issues have lingered months — and limited laundry facilities (two machines, often only one working; wash/dry around $1.75 each). There’s no pool or clubhouse, and parts of the park show signs of wear despite ongoing cleanup and repairs.
