Many reviewers praise friendly management, clean restrooms, laundry, heated pool, dog park, and fishing pier; sites are paved and level. Tradeoffs: sites tend to be narrow with few pull-throughs, and on-street parking can make maneuvering larger rigs difficult. A few guests reported spotty Wi‑Fi, occasional cleanliness lapses, or billing/communication issues.
