I stayed here in October 2015 for a couple of days. Park is nice, gravel spots with concrete pads. Nice selection of pull through and back in spots. Like most parks in Yuma (and S AZ for that matter) there were lots of long term seasonal residents. Rec center was nice as was showers/bathroom areas. Management was nice and accommodating our late check in. WiFi was a decent speed, I think we even streamed netflix. Park borders a canal for dog walks. Residents were friendly. I can easily imagine this park full of people with lots of activities. Would make nice base for season.

Blue Sky Ranch RV Park (formerly Arizona Sands RV Park) in Yuma Arizona is a senior park that has 204 sites and offers rates on a daily, weekly, monthly, seasonally or year-round bases. Paved roads with packed gravel sites and concrete patios catering to winter guests. The park is located on the eastern outskirts of town south of the Interstate. Under new management the location is being spiffed up and improved including a new pool area.
