📖 About This Campground
Blue Lakes Campgrounds in the Sierra Nevada Mountains are accessible from Blue Lake Road from Carson Pass at Hope Valley. Owned by PG&E the campgrounds are adjacent to fresh water fishing lakes in the high country. Best suited to small popup campers and tents. Multiple off-road trails and road located around this area. Campgrounds include Lower Blue Lakes Campground, Middle Creek Campground and Middle Creek Expansion Campground, Upper Blue Lake Expansion Campground, Upper Blue Lake Dam Site Campground, Upper Blue Lake Campground. There is running water available and vault toilets.
