About this campground
What campers say
Blue Bay Campground sits on a scenic lake with many lakefront tent sites, easy launch access for kayaks/boats, and a well-kept trail that loops partway around the water. Families enjoy swimming and kids' activities; a nearby resort lodge and Boathouse offer food, drinks, and rentals. Visitors praise friendly hosts and forested, peaceful campsites, but note tradeoffs: the main road can be audible, bathrooms and garbage service have been reported as inconsistently maintained, and late-summer conditions may include wildfire smoke and insects like yellow-jackets. Secure food against chipmunks. Overall, a picturesque spot for day and overnight lake recreation.
