Big Oaks Campground is a convenient, family-oriented park about 10 to 15 minutes from Rehoboth Beach with wooded tent sites, RV full hookups, a pool, playground and bike-path access into town. Bathhouses offer hot water and private showers, and sites provide ample shade. Practical tradeoffs include close or sandy sites and some sewer hookups positioned near site fronts (bring a long hose). Reports on staff and cleanliness are mixed — some guests praise helpful staff while others describe strict enforcement of guest fees and occasional cabin issues.
