Campsites have picnic tables, fire rings, water spigots and a dump station; drinking water is available. Facilities are basic: pit toilets and no showers. A helpful camp host is commonly noted. Tradeoffs include some highway noise near front sites, limited sunny spots for solar and potentially tight backing for large rigs. Several visitors warn about heavy tick activity and a few reported access or reservation issues, so plan accordingly.
