The resort is consistently described as very well maintained and manicured, with clean, spacious concrete pads and immaculate private bathhouses. Multiple pools, a lazy river and a children’s splash area provide family-friendly options. Cottages are available and laundry, arcade, dog park and daily trash pickup are on site. It’s a short golf-cart ride to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Staff are noted as friendly and helpful. Practical tradeoff: the property sits near a main road and a small airport, so some ambient noise may be heard despite the generally quiet atmosphere.
