Tradeoffs include numerous long-term residents who can create a quieter, sometimes unfriendly atmosphere, highway noise from nearby US-101, and infrastructure quirks: low electrical pedestals, pronounced speed bumps, limited shower availability at peak times, and a potholed pull-through exit reported by some. Overall, a convenient, well-kept option for mid-length stays if you’re comfortable with a mixed residential park.
