Small, older RV park conveniently located for downtown Atlanta, groceries and restaurants. Staff are often helpful and accommodating, with flexible check-in options and occasional after-hours access. Sites tend to be tight, uneven, and close together on cracked asphalt, making backing and slide use difficult for larger rigs. Expect noticeable noise from nearby roads and a military base and some light pollution. Amenities are basic — a coded bathhouse and showers were described as clean by at least one guest, while the pool and grounds feel dated and sometimes poorly maintained. Best suited for short overnight stays where location matters more than spacious, updated sites.
