Small, well-kept RV park near downtown Marietta with friendly, hands-on ownership. Sites are level and many offer 30/50A electric and water; sewer hookups are limited, but there is a clean dump station at the entrance. Grounds are shady in places with green space, a playground, basketball court and a nearby river dock for fishing. Bathhouse is reported clean. Quiet, family- and dog-friendly with enforced speed limits. Tradeoffs: sites are mostly grass/dirt rather than gravel or pads (which can be problematic for very large rigs in wet weather), and amenities like Wi‑Fi or cable may be limited.
