Artesian Springs Resort is a family-friendly spot with a large beach, a big water slide and diving platforms, and generally clean, pleasant water. Owners and staff are described as friendly and hardworking, and the property offers cabins and RV hookups (call ahead). Expect holiday crowds but usually enough room in the water; parking and shade are limited, so bring a pop-up canopy, umbrella and floats. Some visitors noted needed maintenance on docks and that restroom ventilation could be improved, and campsite conditions have been mixed after past flooding. Day entry is typically around $10 per person.
