Apache Gold Casino RV Park in San Carlos Arizona is located 5 miles East of Globe on Highway 70 and offers 60 full hookup RV sites. Situated on Indian Reservation property the casino is a big draw for the area. The RV park is a big paved parking area with RV sites marked by painted lines and utility hookups. Reasonably priced the park offers discounts. Restaurants, fuel, and of course gambling are available on site.
Driving in from Mesa you will travel up and over US 60 with steady grades going up and then coming back down; nothing too scary but if you have never traveled this direction it is not just flat desert like one would guess.
The resort has an adjacent golf course plus the unique location allows adventurers to explore old mining towns and miles of desert wilderness.
