What campers say

Well-kept, convenient RV park with level concrete sites, full hookups, and tidy landscaping. Guests consistently praise the friendly, responsive front office staff and the easy online reservation and after‑hours check‑in options. The park sits right off the highway, so it’s easy to access College Station and game‑day destinations; many found it quiet despite the location, though requesting a site away from the road can reduce traffic noise on longer stays. Some visitors report limited or no reliable park Wi‑Fi, so bring your own internet if you need steady connectivity.

Good Sam $150 for week. P/T Full Utilities. You are issued a free cable box which I did not hook up. Free secure WIFI with good reception. Laundry with coded entry which has two working washers and three dryers. Verizon work well. The owner or assistant is in the office from 9 am to 5 pm Mon - Fri. The owner is very friendly and accommodating although you are not assisted to your site. The park is well kept and seems to be very clean. Long sites not too level and very narrow, my awning on a 31' fifth wheel almost touches the next rig's slide out. There is a small concrete pad that should be where the main door is. Because of the water hook up I am too far back so I step out on grass. Water pressure seems high. The small swimming pool seems to be really clean. No picnic tables and no trees. This park is at the corner of two fairly major highways with the accompanying noise. The park entry or exit is on Colson Drive and there is a coded exit onto US Highway 190/TX State Highway 6. Probably will not stay in this park again.
