Launch Details:

Access: The boat launch is situated approximately 1.5 miles from the park entrance. Upon entering the park, follow signs directing you to the “Boat Launch Neil’s Cove.” The launch area is wooded, and mosquitoes can be prevalent, so it’s advisable to bring insect repellent.
Parking: A large parking lot is available near the launch site. The launch itself is unpaved, and the access path from the parking lot is not paved either. There is room to turn your trailer around if there are no other vehicles present at the time.
Facilities: Restroom and changing facilities are located at the main beach area, which is a short paddle from the launch site.

Activities:

Kayaking and Canoeing: The launch provides easy access to Pawtuckaway Lake, allowing for exploration of the lake’s shoreline, including areas like Horse Island and Drowns Dam. The lake is known for its scenic beauty and is a popular spot for paddlers.
Fishing: Pawtuckaway Lake is home to various fish species, making it a favored location for anglers. The northern end of the lake, near Fundy Cove, is particularly popular for fishing.
