Horsethief Campground — Virtual Tour

Horsethief Campground near Moab Utah is a BLM campground that offers 56 primitive RV and tent camping sites about 1/2 mile off the main road. 12 miles west of Hwy 191 on Highway 313. Near Dead Horse Point State Park the campground is known for its well kept status, onsite camp host and large camping pads. Most any size RV can fit into the various sites. Pit toilets are located throughout the 3 camping loops. Multiple trails open to hiking, biking and motorized off roading are located in this area making it a popular outdoor adventure campground. The famous Gemini area is located in this area. Sites available on a first come first served basis. There is a reservable group site also. No water or other amenities so come prepared.
