Wilcox Memorial Park offers well-maintained hiking trails, a shaded picnic and playground area, a fenced splash pad, and a pleasant swimming lake with boating and disc-golf facilities. Bathrooms and beach/change rooms are generally reported as clean, and staff are helpful. Practical considerations: parking is modest, some trails and trailheads can be tricky to find, and parts of the approach road are unpaved and rough. Swimming access can be limited at times and there are occasional algae blooms, so exercise caution. Overall it's a family-friendly, dog-friendly park with a variety of outdoor activities.
