Guests commonly praise the well‑maintained grounds, friendly owners, and a quiet, family‑oriented atmosphere, with easy freeway access. Tradeoffs include inconsistent Wi‑Fi that may not reach peripheral sites and a layout that favors RVs over tents; some tent sites sit close to the road and offer limited privacy. A small sandy pond/beach and campground wood for sale were described as underwhelming by a few visitors. Overall it’s a pleasant, basic option for RV travelers.
