Sites offer 30/50A and cable access; the office accepts packages. The riverfront setting and nearby shopping make it convenient, and there’s a dog-friendly open area. Tradeoffs: sites are compact - some guests find patios and parking tight - and management enforces rules to keep things quiet and safe.
