This is a lovely RV park. The folks here are so friendly and there are shade trees for each space. It is about 1/2 hour from Zion National Park. It is quiet at nite. It is close to grocery stores and gas stations. I was told there are a lot of folk who snow bird here.

Stayed here a few years back in August and had a totally different experience. This time in the spring it was filled with long term tenants, not sure if they are snowbirds or what. The park is clean but camping with kids around a lot of folks who are living in a location is not a lot of fun. We moved to the campgrounds closer to Zion.
