Facilities include clean bathrooms and showers, laundry, reliable electric/water/sewer hookups and level gravel pads; grassy dog areas, plentiful fire pits with complimentary wood, and attractive landscaping make it comfortable for overnight stays or longer visits. The setting offers pleasant mountain views and convenient access to nearby town amenities. Practical tradeoffs: sites are somewhat close together and there can be occasional street noise. Overall it is a safe, orderly option for RVers seeking good service and updated amenities.
