We stayed here during the rainy, rainy season, everything was flooded, even in town. Fairly new owners, very nice, came to our site to collect payment and to give us info on the area. Right off main road, close to town, gravel sites and roads, not as flooded as they could have been, so they must have good drainage. Small office, not finished yet, very clean laundry (2 washers, 2 dryers) and rest rooms and showers. Some permanent sites. Helpful on site owner and hosts, table at each site, no shade.
