Western Hills Campground & RV Park offers clean, well‑maintained grounds with roomy, level gravel pull‑through sites, attractive landscaping and family‑friendly amenities—large, tidy restrooms and showers, a standout laundry/lounge, a small store, mini‑golf, playground and off‑leash dog areas. Sites are easy to navigate and conveniently located near I‑80 without excessive highway noise. Expect steady wind (which limits fire pits) and mostly gravel pads. Staff are generally helpful, but some visitors have experienced delayed check‑in or limited office hours and spotty cell/Wi‑Fi reception. Overall a practical overnight or family stop if you can accept occasional connectivity and management tradeoffs.
