This KOA sits conveniently off the highway and offers family-friendly amenities—bounce pad, pool, activities, a stocked store, and cabin and RV options. Staff are often described as friendly and helpful, and newer concrete pads and escorted site check-ins are appreciated. Tradeoffs include inconsistent housekeeping and maintenance: showers and bathroom cleaning, cracked bathroom flooring, uneven or narrow concrete pads, worn picnic decks, and limited laundry machines were repeatedly mentioned. Roads within the park can be rough, and some guests question value for the price. Good for families and short stays if you accept occasional upkeep issues.
