Great video of this park! Covers pretty much all the positives and all the negatives. Neighbors were great with most working during the day or out visiting family. Definitely keeps an RV Park feel even if it is more trailer parky. A squeeze to get in to if you are not used to parking into a back in. Not many other options in the area.

Walnut RV Park in Northridge California offers full hookup RV sites. All are backins and the location is a bit tight as real estate is a premium. A well kept park the location is very close to the Northridge Mall. Situated in a very urban setting, the San Fernando Valley, the RV park is convenient to destinations in Los Angeles, Hollywood, Malibu, Santa Clarita and Ventura Counties. In addition the urban setting provides for easy access to shopping, fuel and gas; if you are new to this area note that your best bet for travelling to and from the park is either on weekends or mid-days as traffic can be dense during other periods.
A mix of long term and short term guests the park can be tough to get availability due to the lack of viable alternatives. A heated pool, rec room, laundry and showers provide guests with reasonable comforts. Pricing is extremely high for daily rates, high for weekly rates, and close to reasonable for monthly rates. Given the location and, again, lack of other options the park can demand higher rates.
