📖 About This Campground
Walgren Lake State Recreation Area near Hay Springs Nebraska offers primitive camping, boating, fishing and picnicking. Mature, shady cottonwood trees are scattered throughout Walgren's 40 campsites, but no electricity is available. The lake contains black bullheads, bluegills, largemouth bass, walleyes, white crappies and yellow perch.
