Staff are generally described as friendly and responsive, and long-term rental pads include hookups and utilities, making it an affordable option for extended stays. The park is often quiet, but many sites are occupied by long-term residents; visitors should be aware of recurring issues with pet waste and overflowing dumpsters used by non-residents. Some short-term spots are limited, and a few dirt sites can become soft, so check pad surface and electrical hookups before arrival. Laundry facilities are available on-site.

Vorwaller Homestead & RV Park in Toelle Utah provides full hookup RV camping for short and long term stays within a converted mobile home community (a mobile home community is also part of the park). Mostly catering to long term tenants the park provides inexpensive short and long term rates with large backin sites on concrete parking pads. Paved roads and city maintained streets the park has a mix of older run down units and newer well kept units. Call ahead for availability advanced reservations are available. It must be noted that there is no onsite office or management upon arrival guests are required to call in to a number; it is reported that sometimes it can take a while to get a response back. Located in town there is an Albertson's grocery store across the main highway, restaurants fuel and other shopping all around. the park is for self contained units only with no, as of now, restrooms or showers (reportedly as of 2018 they are being built).
