Ute Bluff Lodge, Cabins & RV Park is a small, rustic property popular for its location near Wolf Creek Ski Resort and friendly, accommodating owners and staff. Many guests find the cabins clean, comfortable and good value — with easy late check-in and long-term-stay flexibility noted. The property is older and has a simple, back-to-nature feel. Several reviewers, however, reported inconsistent housekeeping, occasional maintenance issues (doors, toilets, fans), and at least one billing dispute and periods when the office was unattended. It's a practical, affordable choice if you accept some rustic upkeep tradeoffs and confirm charges and cleaning on arrival.
