Twelve Oaks RV Park is a well-maintained, conveniently located park near I-10 and a Walmart with paved, level pull-through sites and wide roads that accommodate large rigs. The staff are frequently praised as friendly and helpful. Amenities include a unique pool area with a lazy river and hot tub, plus laundry and generally clean restrooms. The park is mostly quiet and well lit with dog-walking areas. Note that many sites house long-term residents, Wi-Fi can be spotty, and approach or site layout can be tight — ask staff for guidance on arrival.
